Interesting result but needs confirmation in other studies, particularly as the rutin formulation seems to be homegrown by the research team.

This is an ongoing very well conducted study investigating different drugs and supplements for longevity extension in mice. Aside from being highly rigorous, reproducible and free of conflicts, the results of this are fascinating. Particularly striking is the benefit of drugs which reduce peak glycemia after meals (acarbose and canagliflozin) in male mice.
