That's not how v6 works. v6 addresses aren't linked to devices or IDs; typically your devices will generate themselves a random address, and generate a new one every day or so.
On the other hand, the extreme shortage of v4 addresses combined with pervasive use of NAT basically requires services to become more centralized, which makes surveillance easier. It's true there are other incentives for companies to centralize things, but surely removing the requirement to do so will make the situation better, rather than worse?
