Not sure why you're expecting insurance to help pay for a 2018 car to replace a 2003 car? $6k is more than it'd costs to buy another 2003 car.

Yup at one point, it was almost the only option, for any type of shopping.

It dedupes artifacts (according to the twitch demo today) so actual cost would likely be much less than s3 unless you're doing a solo project.
