Oh shit, if this is the coding standard of RISC-V implementation in kernel then that project is doomed. I thought a more competent person is handling it and we will see a shiny new ISA implementation.
This is another can of worms that we may need to open. There is not an insignificant amount of products built off research and or original source paid for by the government. The intel community is full of companies that start this way, as is medical.
I'm not sure where or how to get that worked, but it is a worthwhile conversation.
Apparently it's Kissinger's fault (with the secret treaty with China). From then on UN stopped recognizing Taiwan and gave the seat to China. See this video at 16min mark [1]

Travelled and stayed in Helsinki lots of times when at Nokia. Don't think language would be a major issue for a postgrad, wages and taxes more likely, specially in competitive / emerging fields. On the other hand the place is very attractive if you have family compared to any parts of the world.
The guy can't even teach his kids (agree that it is his teacher's job but you are a parent, take him out and show the world) I wonder how he is the CEO and goes about mentoring/writing books about leading. Seems like his whole life is a hack.
