They could've cut Zoom interviews in there - they are not expensive. The documentary creates a skewed image of Clojure being mainly in Americas, while in fact the big chunk of it is on the other side, where they have more conferences, (probably) more startups and (perhaps) people using it.
So you would like me to give my VPS root password to your internet connected Windows app? no thanks. I really hope this is well intentioned, but nobody should use this.
Puerto Rico is not a country, today, but is analogous to Greenland. They could vote to become closer to the US or vote to distance themselves. Similar to all less-than-independent regions held by larger countries. Remnants of the age of exploration or before, or the crumbs left from wars.
Pushing the me-strong logic to the (absurd?) limit, why isn’t California a country? Or New England? Or the red state swath of the US?
Do they realize who actually lives in Greenland and that it’s not green? Or do they think they’ll just deport them all back to where they came from (sigh) and warm the place up?
The release day is meant to be today, the out-of-stock just means they haven't opened yet.
They've asked people to purchase a voucher on the C47/R47 site for an early-bird discount which will send some money towards the developers. This voucher can then be used to get the calculator once SwissMicros take bookings. The link is at the bottom of the Swissmicros page.
I use Halloy on a daily basis and could not be happier. It is super smooth in use and highly configurable using the config file. Halloy is also a great show case for the iced GUI framework and Rust for desktop apps.
With Datastar your front end logic (if any) is minimal, and you can use any typesafe (or not) language you want for the backend. If you build webcomponents for your Datastar frontend you can use TS to your heart's content.
